The intercollegiate monsoon night adventure race

Katraj to Sinhagad (K2S) is a monsoon night Adventure race exclusively for collegians trek that takes place every year in the month of July. This adventure race is the most awaited annual inter collegiate event for the collegians of Pune and around. Teams of collegians from different cities take part in this adventure race and look forward to it from their school days.  

K2S is a trek of around 16 Kms from Katraj to Sinhagad and the route includes more than 15 hills in the awesome Sahyadri mountain ranges. This adventurous trek taking place on a dark night dreaded with pouring rain gives you an unforgettable yet enriching experience. The specialty of K2S is that every team should have at least one girl participant. This encourages night trekking along with boosting team spirit, sportsmanship, leadership and spirit of adventure among all boys and girls.

K2S endeavors to spread awareness about adventure racing, its technicalities, and the spirit of such exciting activity. Through all its events NEF aims at introducing youth to outdoor adventure sports and nature, keeping them connected with nature throughout their lives.
