Amboli 2010
Dates : 7th to 9th August.
Day 1: Reporting 4:30am at NEF office, depart at 5:00am by bus. Breakfast en route. Arrive at Amboli campsite at 11:00am. Introduction to the objectives of the camp and introductory talk on biodiversity. Evening walks in the forest to understand basic ecology of the forest.
Day 2: Morning and evening walks in different areas of Amboli to observe and document reptilian and amphibian life. Post trail discussions and sessions on specific topics. Learning survey techniques and making checklists of species seen.
Day 3: Morning walk and concluding sessions. Post breakfast, depart for Pune. Arrival at Pune by 6:00pm.
