Mandatory Equipment List

The following equipments are mandatory and must be carried by each team /member at al times between the start and finish line

Per Team

• 1 First Aid Kit
• 1 Match box
• 1 Pen knife
• 1 cotton sling (10 feet ,10mm thick)

Per Competitor

• 1 Haversack
• 1 Pair of good quality shoes
• 1 Whistle
• 1 Water Bottle (at least 2 Liters)
• 1 good quality Torch with Extra Batteries for the torch
• Rain Jacket
• Extra set of clothes
• Food
