Marshalls Training Program
The National Education Foundation has been at the forefront of the promotion of adventure sports in India. The only adventure race in India, the NECC NEF Enduro3, the adventure race stands testament to the commitment and belief shown by the National Education Foundation in the promotion of adventure sports and adventure racing. The NECC NEF Enduro3, the adventure race’s first edition was held in 2003 and over today this race has completed eight successful editions. Apart from being creators and organizers of such a huge event the National Education Foundation also conducts a variety of training camps mainly dealing with adventure sports and survival techniques for boys and girls. These training camps are highly popular and most of the current crop of NEF Marshals is the product of such training camps.
The Marshal Training Program or the MTP for short is a great way to indulge in some truly exhilarating activities and also at the same time learn some valuable lessons in adventure sports, survival techniques, being a team player and also about broadening and polishing your personality. This unique training program has been conceptualized keeping in mind the values and qualities needed in the real world today. A fine balance has been struck between adventure sports and imbibing some important lessons about life and reality in this program.
The Marshal Training Program is a certified program and participants will receive certificates based on their performance during the camp. The Marshal Training Program also gives the participants a chance to integrate themselves into the National Education Foundation and allows these participants the chance to Marshal and organize events like the NECC NEF Enduro3, K2S the night adventure race and an Enduro specially designed and organized for schoolchildren.
